I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite standard and lacked decorations, which was a bit underwhelming given the price. On the bright side, I had a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views. The service was fantastic, especially the port and river staff who were extremely helpful and accommodating when my flight got canceled. However, I felt a bit shy to ask for certain amenities. The location, although not overly impressive and with a mix-up in bed types, is perfect for exploring the inner city of Hamburg. The proximity to nightlife and the stunning views from the 20th-floor bar were definite highlights. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of choices; however, the room service layout was a bit odd. The hotel facilities were decent, though not exceptional. Ultimately, the hotel offers some good aspects but also has room for improvement.
